Get Crafty with Dare to DIY OC Summer Workshops

Feeling inspired to start an arts and crafts project lately? There are tons of DIY project ideas out there, but how and where do you start? Channel and express that creativity with a Do-it-Yourself Workshop at Dare to DIY, Orange County’s newest DIY Workshop Studio. 

Dare to DIY is a one-of-a-kind creative studio, with contracted outside vendors to ensure your workshop is taught by experts. No experience is needed to attend the workshops, either! Ultimately, their goal is to give opportunities to explore hidden talents through creative stimulation. And what better way to celebrate post-quarantine than wine and crafts?

Frida Paint Night

Join The Pink Canvas on Saturday, June 20th, at 6:00 PM, for a post-quarantine evening of wine and floral “Frida” fun at Dare to DIY in Fullerton, CA! Together, create masterpieces you can take home in this step-by-step paint workshop taught by The Pink Canvas. All art supplies and light refreshments will be provided, including disposable aprons, wine and snacks. Reservations are required as seats are limited!

Trunk Show

Support local small businesses in Orange County for the July Trunk Show on Saturday, July 11th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at Dare to DIY OC in Fullerton! Come out to this free event and shop boutique, artisan goods and services like resin art, glass art, concrete art jewelry, home decor, and wood art from local Orange County vendors.

Macrame Hang

Join Lara from Macramama on Sunday, July 12th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, to learn how to make your very own Macrame Plant Hang in this DIY workshop at Dare to DIY in Fullerton. Bring your friends for an afternoon of creative summer fun, learn how to tie a few knots, and go home with your own macrame plant hanger, plus all materials are provided!
