Is parking available? If so, how is parking assigned?

Yes, parking is included. We offer both assigned and unassigned. There is a fee for additional vehicles.
1 BEDROOM: includes 1 Parking Space, 2nd vehicle is $55. (1 Bed Max 2 Vehicles)
2 BEDROOM: includes 2 Parking Spaces ( 2 Max) no charge
3 BEDROOM: includes 2 Parking Spaces, 3rd vehicle is $55
An assigned/reserved space is $100.

Is your community pet-friendly?

We know you love your friends and we do too!
The maximum number of pets you are permitted is two (2).
DOG: Monthly Pet Rent - $55 per pet. $400 Deposit per pet.
CAT: Monthly Pet Rent - $35 per pet. $300 Deposit per pet.

Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita lnu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American White Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Burmese Mountain Dog, Bloodhound, Borzoi, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Ca De Bou, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Dogue De Bordeaux, English Bulldog, English Mastiff, Estrella Mountain Dog, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd Dog, Giant Schnauzer, Golden Retriever, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Irish Wolf Hound, Kangal, Komondor, Labrador Retriever, Leon Berger, Neapolitan Mastiff, Newfoundland, Otterhound, Old English Sheepdog, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Pyrenean Shepherd, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Scottish Deer Hound, Shar Pei, Shiba Inu, Siberian Husky, South African Boerboel, Spanish Mastiff, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Standard Poodle, Tosa Inu, and any other dog over 40 lbs.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We can offer furnished apartments. We work with a 3rd party to provide you a quote, and we will guide you through the process.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

It takes 24 - 48 hours. Applicants must have an acceptable income and credit history. Acceptable credit history is based on several credit reporting factors and is not solely based on the applicant’s credit score. Applicants with an active bankruptcy, which is considered open or filed within the last 2 years, will be denied. Applicants with negative previous rental history at any Legacy community, including but not limited to: repeat lease violations, payment history, or an unpaid balance, may be denied, or an additional security deposit may be required. Third-party consumer credit reporting agencies are used to verify applicants’ identity, credit, and criminal history.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Acceptable forms of payment include: ACH payments, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Credit Cards. Additional Fees May Apply. Cash is not accepted.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, prior to move in, applicants must provide a renter’s insurance policy which contains at least $100,000 in Personal Liability Insurance. Applicants can conveniently purchase renters insurance from our preferred provider at www.ResidentShield.com.

Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?

COX Gigablast - Ultra High Speed Internet. Our apartments come Wi-Fi Ready with a pre-installed Modem and First Month Free Provided by COX.
AT&T Fiber

If my situation changes, can I get out of my lease?

We do include a buy out option fee which is equal to two months rent. All notices require a 30 Day Notice.
