Local Irvine Dog Parks to Explore

We know how important it is to stay active during these summer months while social distancing! At Skyloft apartments, we have all of the amenities needed in the perfect Irvine location to keep you moving, and this includes our furry residents too! When you feel like you need to get out to explore Orange County, bring your furry friends with you and check out the local dog parks in the area for off-leash play! These three dog parks aren’t far from home and offer plenty of space for you and your pets to soak up some fresh air.

Newport Beach Dog Park

Searching for a scenic view while you let your pup play? Located just minutes from Skyloft apartments you’ll find Newport Beach Dog Park with a perfect view of the ocean! Not only is this park a great off-leash spot for your pets to play, but it is also a great place to bring the kids. Open Thursday – Tuesday from 7:00am – dusk and Wednesday 9:00am – dusk, perfect for a busy workday or a fun morning adventure during the weekend.

Central Bark

Needing a large space for your pet to burn off some energy? Check out Irvine Central Bark, located just twelve minutes from your Skyloft home, open Thursday through Tuesday 6:30am-10:00pm and closed Wednesday. This local favorite offers three acres for pets to play with a watering facility, benches, and plenty of lighting for those evening outings.

Costa Mesa Bark Park

Wanting a dog park with a section for your smaller pup? Bark Park is the perfect spot to take pets of all sizes! This park offers two acres of fenced area with LED lighting and separate fenced section just for smaller dogs to play. Open Thursday through Tuesday 7:30am-8:45pm and closed Wednesdays for maintenance, you will find this park just eight minutes away in the Costa Mesa neighborhood!
